Playground activities involve inherent risks, and you assume all responsibility for injury or damage. You release Joyful Haven and its staff from any liability. Active supervision is required at all times, and all safety rules, including grippy socks, must be followed.

Photo & Social Media Consent: I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during this event/activity and may be used by Joyful Haven for promotional purposes, including social media and its website. By signing this waiver, I consent to such use without compensation.
